President, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas

Lorie K. Logan began serving as the 14th president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas on August 22, 2022. She represents the Eleventh Federal Reserve District on the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) in the formulation of U.S. monetary policy and oversees the 1,200 employees of the Dallas Fed.

Logan previously was manager of the System Open Market Account for the FOMC and an executive vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In that role, she managed the Federal Reserve’s securities portfolio as it grew to more than $8 trillion and led the implementation of monetary policy as directed by the FOMC.

She also oversaw provision of fiscal agent services to the U.S. Treasury Department, analysis of global financial market developments and production of reference rates, including the new Secured Overnight Financing Rate.

She represented the Federal Reserve on the Markets Committee at the Bank for International Settlements and oversaw several public-private sector committees sponsored by the New York Fed to engage with market participants on key issues and advance financial industry best practices.

Logan played a crucial role in the development and implementation of the Federal Reserve's actions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This included designing and managing several facilities to support market functioning and the flow of credit to households and businesses. She drew on her experience during the Global Financial Crisis, when she was a prominent leader in the expansion of the Federal Reserve's balance sheet and the creation of liquidity facilities to mitigate systemic risks to the financial system.

She is a native of Versailles, Kentucky, and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Davidson College and a master's degree in public administration from Columbia University.

Ross Perot Jr. serves as Chairman of The Perot Group, which manages the various Perot family interests that include real estate, oil and gas, and financial investments. Additionally, Perot is Chairman of Hillwood, a Texas-based, leading global real estate development company he founded in 1988.

That same year, Perot developed Fort Worth Alliance Airport, the country’s first industrial airport, through a unique public-private partnership. The airport now anchors AllianceTexas, a 27,000-acre master-planned, mixed-use community in North Texas. The area is home to the AllianceTexas Mobility Innovation Zone, an integrated testbed for both surface and air mobility technology to test, scale and commercialize. Since inception, AllianceTexas has generated more than $111 billion in regional economic impact.

Perot is co-founder of Perot Systems Corporation and served in various roles within the company including CEO, Chairman of the Board and member of its Board of Directors. Perot Systems was acquired by Dell Inc. in 2009 at which time Perot joined their Board of Directors where he served until 2013.

As an aviation enthusiast, Perot completed the first helicopter flight around the world in less than 30 days in 1982 and served as a pilot in the United States Air Force. Perot then became chairman of the Air Force Memorial Foundation, leading the 14-year effort to build the United States Air Force Memorial in Washington, D.C.

Perot currently serves on the boards of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) and the Hoover Institution. He also is Board Member Emeritus for both Vanderbilt University and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum.

Victor Vandergriff has been serving as the Executive Director of the Tarrant Regional Transportation Coalition (“TRTC”) since the summer of 2020. TRTC’s membership and focus is on the western half of the DFW metroplex. The membership of TRTC is combination of public sector cities, counties and transportation authorities and private sector business interests. The members share a common goal of advancing infrastructure opportunities that have the promise of growing the regional economy through increasing mobility by advancing greater access, future technology and the resulting economic development.

Vandergriff was an active member of the Texas Transportation Commission from 2013 into 2018. He was appointed commissioner by Gov. Rick Perry on March 26, 2013, and took his seat on the commission on April 30, 2013.

From 2009 to 2013, Vandergriff served as the chairman of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Board. He was also a board member for the North Texas Tollway Authority from 2007 to 2013 and served as chairman from 2010 to 2011. Vandergriff formerly served as Vice President of V.T., Inc. and Automotive Investment Group, the largest private retail automotive group in the United States until the groups were purchased by Berkshire Hathaway in 2015. He was involved as an owner, dealer and executive manager in the automobile industry for more than 25 years. Vandergriff and his family owned and operated automobile dealerships for more than 80 years in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.

Vandergriff is an attorney and private businessman specializing in business development and transportation solutions.

Vandergriff attended the University of Southern California, where he received a degree from the School of Public Administration in Public Affairs. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

For 35 years, County Commissioner Gary Fickes has demonstrated leadership, experience, and knowledge to make northeast Tarrant County the most desirable area to live and work in the Fort Worth/Dallas Metroplex.

As the mayor of Southlake from 1989 through 2006, Gary Fickes’ leadership was instrumental in establishing the Metroport Cities Partnership linking the communities of northeast Tarrant and southeast Denton counties together to advocate and achieve significant mobility infrastructure improvements to meet the booming growth opportunities in the region.

Commissioner Fickes’ Precinct 3 includes two major airports (D/FW and Alliance) and numerous major freeways, all of which he played an instrumental role in advancing. He is a leading member of the Tarrant Regional Transportation Coalition, which advocates for greater infrastructure investment in Tarrant County and promotes economic development. The Commissioner has been a member of the Regional Transportation Council (RTC) since 2010 and served as their chairman in 2018. RTC is part of the North Central Texas Council of Governments which over sees 16 counties. They are responsible for the major transportation projects in North Texas. He serves as the Vice Chair for the National Association of Counties (NACo) Transportation Policy Steering Committee who are responsible for all matters pertaining to federal transportation legislation, funding and how regulations may impact county government. In recognition of his contributions to transportation infrastructure development, TxDOT awarded Commissioner Fickes its prized “Road Hand Award” in 2004.

In addition to his transportation advocacy, Commissioner Fickes is a passionate advocate for seniors in Tarrant County, forming the “Empowering Seniors” program in 2009, which attracts over 2,300 attendees annually for free healthcare screenings, senior-focused topics and exhibitors that serve the senior market.

Becky Redman has extensive experience in managing and analyzing issues that impact Lockheed Martin Aeronautics operations on federal, state, and local levels. She also serves as the project lead on key congressional member and committee engagements for the Aeronautics facilities as well as working on state and federal legislative issues for LM Aero.

Becky is a Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce board member where she serves as Co-Chair of the Government Relations Committee and is a board member of the Tarrant Regional Transportation Coalition. Before joining Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, she served as District Director for State Senator Kim Brimer and District Manager for State Senator Mike Moncrief, District 12 - Fort Worth. Elected in 2018 as Parker County Judge, Judge Deen is a former corporate executive with Procter & Gamble/ Duracell, Mayor of Hudson Oaks and baseball coach. His private sector roles included managing the hearing aid business for Duracell in both the U.S. and Canada before being promoted to Global OEM Manager over the Midwest, Asia, and Europe.

Judge Deen currently serves on the East Parker County Chamber, Weatherford Chamber, Springtown Chamber, Aledo Rotary Club, Springtown Optimist Club, Parker County Transportation Safety Committee, Regional Transportation Council, Tarrant Regional Transportation Coalition, 911 Board, Juvenile Board and Local Government Collaborative.

Judge Deen holds a BBA from Texas Wesleyan University in Economics/Finance, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix/Dallas in Global Management. They live in Hudson Oaks and are members of Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church.

Mayor Paul Paschall was elected as the Mayor of Weatherford, Texas, in May 2019 and started his second term in May 2022. Prior to that, he served on the Weatherford ISD Board of Trustees from 2006 until 2015. He was appointed Board President in June 2013 and served two years in that role. He also has served as Board Vice President from 2011-2013 and Board Secretary from 2007-2011.

Mayor Paschall is known in the community for his strong interpersonal skills and industry expertise and is often tapped for his knowledge and experience. His business acumen led to his being named Weatherford Chamber of Commerce's Small Business of the Year in 2006, and in 2019, he was named Citizen of the Year.

Paschall has been married to his wife, Courtney, for 26 years, and they have two children, ages 25 and 19.

Commissioner Manny Ramirez is a native Texan and a lifelong resident of Northwest Tarrant County. For over 15 years, Commissioner Ramirez served as a Fort Worth Police Officer, Detective, and Sergeant. He was president of the Fort Worth Police Officers Association, an elected position in which he represented more than 1,700 police officers on the local, state, and national levels. In 2020, Commissioner Ramirez was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to the Board of Directors for the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV). He is currently a Board Member on the Regional Transportation Council, a division of the North Central Texas Council of Governments responsible for planning and disseminating federal, state, and local transportation funds.

Commissioner Ramirez is married to his high school sweetheart, Fabiola. They have three beautiful daughters, Sofia, Mia, and Penelope. Manny has earned a master’s degree in business administration from Texas Christian University and is also a proud alumnus of Tarleton State University.

Michael Jacobson was appointed President & CEO of the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce in February 2016. Michael also currently serves as the Chair of the Arlington Economic Development Corporation.

Before his time in Arlington, Michael was director of Intel’s Corporate Responsibility Office. In this role, he led Intel’s corporate responsibility strategy with stakeholders across the company. Previously, Michael was director of business development at the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and was assistant to the deputy secretary for management planning and operations for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, special assistant to the Commissioner for the Social Security Administration and special assistant to the Administrator of the Urban Mass Transportation Administration.

Mayor Jensen has been deeply involved with transportation and regional infrastructure, serving as Chair of the North Central Texas Council of Governments Regional Transportation Council from 2016 to 2017.

Dan Lamers is a Senior Program Manager for Transportation Planning with the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His responsibilities include the development of the Metropolitan Transportation Plan, multimodal corridor studies, and incorporating local government planning efforts into the metropolitan transportation planning process.

He is the chairman of the Civil Engineering Advisory Council at the University of Texas at Arlington and co-chair of the Transportation Research Board Standing Committee on Managed Lanes Committee.

Dan has been with NCTCOG since 1985 after he received his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. He subsequently received his Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Rob Matwick has been part of the Rangers organization since June 2008 when he joined the team as Executive Vice President, Ballpark Operations. Rob was the organization’s primary liaison with the City of Arlington on the construction of Globe Life Field, worked on the club’s negotiation of a Master Agreement with the City, and the “Vote Yes!” campaign, which resulted in citizen approval of ballot language for the ballpark project by a 60-40 margin.

Rob led the Rangers in discussions with the Cordish Companies and the City of Arlington, which resulted in an agreement on a $250 million dollar public-private partnership, what we know today as Texas Live! and the Live! by Loews. Most recently, Rob worked with the City and the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce on the successful campaign that will bring the National Medal of Honor Museum to the Entertainment District in 2024.

A native of McKeesport, PA, he earned a bachelor of arts degree in English from the University of South Carolina at Aiken. He earned his master of mass communication degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. Rob and his wife Kelly have a daughter, Mackenzie, and reside in Southlake.

Trey Yelverton began serving as City Manager of Arlington, Texas in March 2012. He has 36 years of public service and is the Chief Executive Officer of the municipal corporation of 2,899 employees, an annual operating and capital budget of $822M, and $2.9B net assets. With a city population of 392,304 residents, Arlington is the seventh largest city in Texas and the 50th largest in the United States.

With the support of elected leaders and the community, Trey also accomplished numerous significant public-private projects including the Levitt Pavilion, the College Park District, City Center -Downtown Library and mixed-use development, AT&T Stadium, Texas Live!, Live! by Loews Hotel, Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center, eSports Stadium Arlington, Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, among many other successes.

Trey is a 1988 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, a Life Member of its alumni association, and a periodic adjunct faculty member teaching classes in public administration. He completed his Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas in 1989.

He championed the planning initiatives that established AllianceTexas as a global logistics hub – the nation’s first inland port complete with multimodal transportation for ground, rail and air needs.

Russell’s success in building public-private partnerships to accomplish significant projects combined with diverse expertise, including long-term infrastructure development, mobility innovation, external/governmental affairs, and economic development, has been instrumental in the development’s growth. He’s actively involved with several professional affiliations, including the leadership boards for the Tarrant Regional Transportation Coalition, Texas A&M Transportation Institute, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, Region C Water Planning Board and Northern Trinity Groundwater Conversation District.

In 2007, Russell received the Road Hand Award from TxDOT, which is the department’s highest honor for recognizing individuals who have dedicated themselves to enhancing the transportation system in Texas.

Robert Allen is President and CEO of Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership and most recently served as President and CEO of the Texas Economic Development Corporation (TxEDC).

During his six years leading TxEDC, Robert spearheaded initiatives that advanced the organization’s mission to market Texas as the best state for business, including major international business missions to Japan, India and Europe. His organization’s efforts have helped catapult Texas to a record-breaking number of Governor’s Cups as awarded by Site Selection Magazine. With Texas now home to the most Fortune 500 headquarters in America, Robert launched efforts at TxEDC to showcase all that Texas continues to offer to businesses.

Prior to joining TxEDC, Robert served the State of Texas for 14 years, most recently as Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Greg Abbott, where he managed the daily administration and operation of the 250-employee agency, and, prior to that, in several executive roles under former Attorney General Greg Abbott.

With more than three decades of multidisciplinary experience, Craig delivers a rare depth and breadth of work in high profile, highly successful mixed-use and hospitality developments. Over the course of his career, he has directed the more than $900 million in developments including lifestyle shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, entertainment projects and casinos. Most recently, Craig led the $200m multi-phase revitalization of the Fort Worth Stockyards including the adaptive reuse of Mule Alley and development of the award winning Hotel Drover, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel that opened in 2021. The recent acquisition of the Stockyards Hotel and H3 restaurant is next up for remodeling and repositioning.

A 4th generation Texan with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas State University, Craig is also an active community leader serving as Nevada Ballet Theatre Treasurer, UNLV Foundation Trustee, board member of the Nellis AFB Support Team, U.S. Air Force Honorary Commander serving the 820th Red Horse Squadron, and board member of the Nevada Resort Association. Ryan B. Dickerson is responsible for operating the Walsh Companies, a collection of privately owned companies based in Fort Worth, Texas, including Walsh Ranches and Walsh & Watts. The Companies are involved in ranching, real estate development, oil and gas, renewables, mining, and investments.

The Walsh family appointed Ryan to his role in 2018. He oversees land development, commercial interests, and partnerships for the 7,200-acre property in West Fort Worth known as WALSH. Opened in 2017, WALSH is the connectivity point for economic development, corporate activity, and lifestyle in West Fort Worth and is home to nearly 4,000 residents.

Kelly worked previously at the Metropolitan Planning Organizations in Houston and Austin. He is a Certified Planner with over 16 years of experience, a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Prairie View A&M University.

Michael Morris has been on staff in the Transportation Department of the North Central Texas Council of Governments, the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Dallas-Fort Worth area, since 1979. Michael became the Director in 1990. The Metropolitan Planning Organization serves the region by developing transportation plans and programs that address the transportation needs of a rapidly growing metropolitan area.

As the Director of Transportation, he is responsible for coordinating plans, programs, and projects to improve mobility and reduce vehicle emissions. Michael received his master's in Civil Engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo in 1979 and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He previously served as the Chairman of the Transportation Research Board Executive Committee and a National Associate of the National Academies of Science.

Hinkle has worked with corporations and governments throughout the United States and worldwide on strategic, crisis and litigation communications in the transportation, oil and gas, mining, healthcare, security, power generation, financial and defense industries. He began his career as a radio and television news reporter/anchor and has worked with political candidates running for local, regional, state and federal positions, including the Texas Legislature, Congress and the White House. He earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal and fine arts from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Betsy Price served as Mayor of Fort Worth for 10 years, the longest serving mayor in Fort Worth history. When she was first elected Mayor in 2011, she brought an ambitious vision to raise the bar for the city of Fort Worth. This started with improving the basics of any growing city – public safety, mobility, fiscal responsibility and job growth. She also wanted to help ensure a sustainable city for future generations by promoting grassroots public engagement, supporting healthy lifestyles and championing public education.

Prior to serving as Mayor, Betsy had been an active mother and a leader in the Fort Worth community for years, serving on numerous boards, commissions and professional associations. She’ll be quick to say that, prior to her public service, one of her favorite community roles was to lead the PTA for Paschal High School, watching bright local youth grow into productive members of the community.

After running her own successful business for 17 years, Betsy turned to public service and was first elected in 2000 to serve as Tarrant County’s Tax Assessor. Not afraid to ask the tough questions, Betsy quickly made her department one of the most efficient in Texas, saving taxpayers millions of dollars.

She is proud of her proven record as a strong and energetic leader who brings people together to focus on what’s best for our entire community. Betsy found innovative solutions that protect taxpayers, making neighborhoods safe and growing the local economy with quality jobs.

Community engagement weather on a bike, walking town halls, or coffee with the mayor, were a hallmark of her terms as mayor. Betsy also focused on community health and education. Mayor Price believes that a healthy, active, and engaged community is a safer, stronger community, producing better students, families, and a stronger workforce. Under her leadership Fit Worth and Blue Zones were launched. Fort Worth became the largest city to be Blue Zoes certified.

Betsy graduated earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Together with her husband Tom, Betsy has three adult children. In her spare time, Betsy is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending quality time with her six grandchildren.

T. Oscar Trevino, Jr., P.E. was elected Mayor of the City of North Richland Hills in June 2002 and re-elected ten (10) times, making him the longest-serving mayor in the city’s history. Along with promoting a positive city image, sense of community and financial stability, Mayor Trevino’s priorities for North Richland Hills have included safety and security, economic development, redevelopment and revitalization, and mobility improvements.

He is a past president of the North Central Texas Council of Governments, past chair and current member of the Regional Transportation Council, and past chair and current member of the Tarrant Regional Transportation Committee. He is a member of the Coalition for Better Transportation, and Texas Transportation Institute.

He has over 40 years of business and construction experience and is currently CEO and owner of O. Trevino Construction, a heavy-highway contractor. Mayor Trevino and his wife, Carol, have two children and one granddaughter, all of whom live in North Richland Hills.

Elected in 2021, John Huffman is Southlake's current mayor. His City of Southlake service stretches back to 2015 when he first took Place 5 on the Southlake City Council. Mayor Huffman has served as Mayor Pro Tem since 2019. During his time on Council, he has made the Southlake community his priority. Working alongside present and past Council members and community leaders, he has served on the Southlake 2035 Corridor Committee, since 2018; Southlake Parks Development Corporation since 2015; and the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No.1 since 2015. Mayor Huffman has been an active member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment since 2013, serving as Vice Chairman from 2013-2014; and Chairman from 2014-2015.

A ﬁfth-generation Texan and lifelong resident of the DFW area, Tim O’Hare has devoted his career to improving our community: advocating for the safety and economic growth of cities, mentoring local youth, helping elect leaders who stand for conservative principles, and building a strong future for Tarrant County and all of North Texas. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance, Tim went on to earn his law degree from the SMU School of Law. In addition to his extensive community service, he has spent the last 25 years building a successful legal practice and real estate investment company.

He was a City Councilman in Farmers Branch for three years before serving as Mayor from 2008 to 2011. Now a Southlake resident, he was elected Tarrant County Judge in November 2022 and took office on January 1, 2023. In January he hit the ground running and made several significant changes: such as reducing the county’s budget, lowered the county’s tax rate and was instrumental in passing Tarrant County’s first Homestead exemption.
